Receptionist is a HTML dashboard that provides the ability to view the status of many lines and staff as well as call control designed for assisting with handling large call volumes. Some Receptionists that use this software handle in excess of 300 calls daily. This tool provides them a quick view of staff availability and allows for Notes to be added against users – such as specific days of the week they work, hours of work, holidays / leave etc.
