Next Advantage: Voicemail

Voicemail can be configured in a number of ways to effectively take messages for Individuals or Teams when they are not available to take calls.

Busy Voicemail:

This message is for when you are unable to take a phone calls – eg on another phone call.

No Answer Voicemail:

This is for when a call goes unanswered after ringing on the phone.

Voicemail Options:

Voicemail can either be stored on the handset or sent to an email address with a WAV file attached.

Additional Options include:
– Send a copy via email (Requires listening to Voicemail via the Handset and deleting old messages).
– Notify me via email – Sends an email with the caller ID, date & time and duration of message.
– Transfer on 0 – this allows you to request a caller press 0 if they would like to get transferred to a Mobile or another extension such as to a PA/Receptionist/Team.

Greetings:

Voicemail greetings can be uploaded to the Next Advantage Portal via WAV/MP3 files. Alternate Voicemails can also be uploaded for Holiday messages or specific messages.

Voicemail can be applied to user accounts or to group features such as Hunt Group’s & Call Centers for additional cost.
